How long until my order ships?+
Everything is printed to order. Most orders leave in 2–5 business days, then 3–7 days in transit across Canada and the US. You get tracking by email the moment it ships.
How do sizes run?+
Tees are a soft retail unisex fit: size up if you like it loose. Hoodies and crewnecks are a classic, roomier fit. Caps have an adjustable strap. Size charts are on every product page.
Can I return or exchange?+
Because every piece is made for you, we don’t take returns for change of mind. If something arrives misprinted, damaged or in the wrong size from what you ordered, email us within 30 days with a photo and we’ll replace it free.
Can I pick up at the park?+
Not yet: every piece is printed by our print partner and shipped straight to you, so there’s no stock at the park.
Do you make team jerseys or uniforms?+
